youth are the stakeholders in the development progress. they need support to have their voices heard but also recognition that their voices are worthy acting on and that they can positively influence goals to achieve a world without poverty, hunger, disease and abuse
With the problems facing our communities, We have started a health and sanitation project for poverty eradication through activism. hence community-based problem solving-Building skills and locating and build ing resources within and outside communities to solve problems
Poor people what their problems are and generally have good ideas regarding what solutions they want. But they lack the means or capacity to demonstrate that they can produce a solution.
African Young Empowerment Initiative International Has started a new project to run through July to August 2009.
the key areas of focus are
* Permaculture for sustainable Agriculture and Nutrition
* Productive Health
* community Primary Health Education
* Toilet development
* HIV and Malaria fight
* Advocacy
